Standard Terms and Conditions for Wedding Car Hire
I, Peter James Hole, carrying on business as Curbridge Carriage Company, hereby undertake to provide (subject to nothing which could reasonable be considered as being beyond my control) my Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit motor car, registration number A5 DER, in accordance with the previously agreed arrangements as contain in the form entitle 'Arrangements' and signed by the hirer. This agreement being subject to the under-mentioned terms and conditions.

And, by affixing my signature in the space provided below, do hereby accept the conditions contained herein.
1. Payment Terms: The total hire charge is £ ........ with a non-returnable booking fee of £60 being payable on booking.
The balance of £........... one calandar month prior to the date of the wedding. Payment of the final balance may
be paid by personal cheque made payable to the proprietor, by internet banking or by PayPal. However, where the hirer
elects to pay via PayPal an administration fee of £5 will be charged to partly defray the charges made by me. There is no additional charge for paying the deposit by PayPal. Please circle the method by which you will be paying the balance.

2. UNLIKELY EVENTS: My Rolls is serviced every three thousand miles by a qualified factory trained Rolls-Royce and
Bentley technician. However, in the unlikely event that the car 'fails to proceed', it is understood that my liability
will be strictly limited to refunding the hire fee in full and to making all reasonable attempts (where time permits) to
secure a replacement vehicle of a similar quality from another source. In the event that another vehicle is found (and
I do have a number of contacts) then all negotiations will take place between the hirer and the owner or his/her
agent. Where a blue Bentley Turbo is acceptable as a replacement vehicle, providing it is available, then this will
arranged by me for the same hire fee as my Rolls. This Bentley may be viewed by visiting www.rr4u.co.uk.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No resposibility will be accepted for being unable to reach any of the addresses due to res-
tricted or unsafe vehicular access. Although every reasonable care will be exercised, no resposibility can be accepted
for loss of, or damage to, personal possessions which are deposited in the car when the owner is not present. Smoking
is strictly prohibited within the car and passengers who are inebriated will not be carried. The use of coloured con-
fetti within the car, especially in inclement weather.
4. ACCEPTANCE: Affixing your signature below confirms that you have entered into a legally binding agreement. If there
is any part which requires explanation, please do not hesitate to ask.
STATUTORY RIGHTS: NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT YOU STATUTORY RIGHTS AT COMMON LAW.
